The Cinnamon Belly Fat Burn Drink

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp raw organic honey
  • Use 1 tsp organic cinnamon
  • Put 1 cup of water boiled

Note: it is essential that you use raw honey in this recipe. The process of pasteurization exposes honey to high heat. This eliminates the proteins and enzymes within the honey and removes all of those health benefits you would otherwise find in the raw variety.

Instructions

  1. Boil one cup of water.
  2. Pour the hot water into the cup
  3. Add the cinnamon.
  4. Let it cool.
  5. Once it has cooled then add the raw honey. Adding the honey while the water is too hot will destroy a lot of the nutrients in it.
